Grounds & Facilities Support questions
Do you only do this for cleaning clients?
No. Grounds and refurbishment work is available on its own, though most clients bundle it with their cleaning contract.
How big a refurbishment can you handle?
Small to medium works: decoration, minor repairs, washroom and reception refreshes. For major projects we'll tell you honestly if it's outside our scope.
Can you decorate outside working hours?
Yes. Most decoration is done in evenings, weekends or holiday periods.
Is grounds maintenance seasonal?
Frequency changes with the season, but we schedule year-round visits so the site is always maintained.
